Job description


We are looking for our Senior Sales professional with experience selling software products into the Buy Side market in French speaking Europe who will be responsible for driving new business sales by generating opportunity pipeline and meeting sales quota targets.
The successful candidate is expected to have built up knowledge of the European Asset Management and Fund Servicing market in a similar organization and have demonstrated the ability and drive to hit sales targets consistently.
Our solutions range through the investment lifecycle from Front-Office through Middle Office, Compliance and Fund Accounting, hence experience with one or all of these areas is advantageous.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a high level of activity in prospecting target clients by calls, messaging and by leveraging market contacts and partners
• Build pipeline across assigned territory through business development and networking initiatives
• Manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets
• Develop and communicate effective sales plans to address opportunities
• Coordinate and work closely with other Linedata staff and teams to successfully deliver sales solutions to clients
• Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects
• Conduct needs/solutions analysis
• Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing opportunities
• Produce regular and consistent reporting using Linedata's CRM system
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Company's products, solutions and services.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key decision makers
• Provide support to and attend industry conferences and shows.

Desirable skills

• Minimum of 5-7 years of success direct selling experience to investment management or custodial firms
• Strong industry experience : our solutions range through the investment lifecycle from Front-Office through Middle Office, Compliance and Fund Accounting, hence experience with one or all of these areas is advantageous.
• Ability to talk on a peer-to-peer level with senior portfolio managers, compliance officers and traders
• Proven networking skills
• Highly energetic, pro-active, and creative
• Superior presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Available and willing to travel 20%-40% of the time
• French and English language proficiency required
