The role

We are looking for our new Senior Sales Executive to increase the Company's net revenue from a large clients installed base and new prospects from direct sales, win new revenue streams and net additional business from existing clients through effective sales, business development, relationship management and customer service.


Main Accountabilities

• Develop role and relationship with clients to level where the company becomes trusted advisor, understands client strategies and issues ensuring offerings are in line with client requirements, facilitates solving business issues and recommends solutions.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of new sales prospects, from enquiry through closure: pre-sales, sales and post-sales
• Proactively, identify and pursue additional business opportunities through the management and building of the relationship with clients, and other activities as defined.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships and networks with executives, users and IT within clients.
• Respond to and manage client/prospects enquiries (including RFIs/RFPs, Tenders and other formal requests for information), qualifying each opportunity and maximising the potential of each.
• Dynamically manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation, contract production and closing.
• Complete post sales activities as defined.
• Achieve target, through the active management of business opportunities within identified segments.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Company's products, solutions and services.
• Ability to position Linedata's solutions against competition.
• Maintain an up to date status and contact details of all clients through the sales tracking system.
• Produce regular and ad hoc management reporting as required.
• Complete sales process and documentation as required.
• Contribute to the on-going improvement of the sales process.
• Provide and share on-going industry and market feedback to sales and management team.
• Provide support to and attend industry conferences and shows.
• Support development of sales and support literature.
• Main covered geographies : Luxembourg; Germany (Frankfurt); Switzerland

Desirable skills

• Significant direct work experience in a relevant environment
• Language skills: English mandatory; French excellent speaking and writing; German is a plus
• High degree of organizational, administrative and communication skills and self-motivation
• Ability to set priorities and to keep overview
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent solution selling and presentation abilities. Confident presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach
• Solid decision-making and analytics problem solving skills
