Job description

As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Operational Marketing Manager is responsible for the definition and deployment of Linedata's Operational Marketing plan for North America. This includes management of Linedata campaigns and tools, online to offline campaigns - emails, mails, webinars, tradeshows, and events. The Operational Marketing Manager will also be a key contact for the Business Lines in North America. Based in Boston, the ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the regional Operational Marketing plan for North America
Deploy and continuously update the annual marketing plan built with the Global Product Marketing team; support day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team
Support digital marketing strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email platform sales and marketing campaigns, webinars, video, blogs and related content
Support and continuously manage website content/web publishing
Build and manage social media presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc
Optimize marketing automation and lead generation processes through multiple channels
Manage operations for internal and external events, tradeshows or conferences
Partner with sales team and support sales activity to generate sales leads


Bachelor's degree and 5+ years work experience in marketing or an equivalent field
Knowledge of and experience in enterprise software, financial services experience a plus
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and methodical
Able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects with deadlines
Results-driven with the ability to conduct quantitative data analyses
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, SEO, Digital advertising
